What it is
Notebook is the suite notes app. Wide desktops get a four-column Notes shell; tablets collapse to list plus editor; phones stay a single pane. The editor is TipTap, not a markdown textarea. Write is the documents product; Notebook is for notes.
The problem
Notes tools either pretend to be word processors or dump everything into one infinite page. Notebook keeps folders flat, chrome quiet, and lock/share as first-class actions — without turning a grocery list into a manuscript.

Sign in with NEXOVE. Notes are owned by the Auth email. Pin, archive, float a note in a window, lock with a PIN that never leaves the browser, or share with public / signed-in / allowlist links. Image and audio inserts are still placeholders; Continuity Camera is marked Soon.
FAQ
How is Notebook different from Write?
Notebook is personal notes. Write is the documents app. They are listed separately in the suite on purpose.
Does NEXOVE store my lock PIN?
No. Lock uses PBKDF2 and AES-GCM in the browser. The API stores ciphertext only.
Can I share a note?
Yes. Public, signed-in, or allowlist. Copy a link or send a mailto invite.
